Thermoforming

Thermoforming packaging is a process that involves shaping a heated base film into a specific form using vacuum or pressure. Once formed, the product is placed into this molded base, and then sealed with a top film, often under vacuum or modified atmosphere conditions, to ensure product integrity and extended shelf life.

Flexible Bottom Film

Our flexible base films, known for their superior forming capabilities, are available in transparent and colored options with thicknesses from 60µm to 350µm, featuring:

Excellent sealing and peelable properties

Skin Packaging

Skin packaging ensures optimal product presentation by securing the product within the packaging, preventing moisture loss, and allowing for versatile display options such as standing, hanging, or lying flat. Vacuum skin packaging extends product shelf life while maintaining quality and freshness, offering:

Paper - Kraft Base Film

Rigid Bottom Film
